The agreement
By placing an order on accessoriesgalaxy.co.ke you buy from Accessories Galaxy Phone and Repair (or from a named marketplace partner on that product page) under these terms, the shipping policy, and the return policy.
Products and prices
Prices are in Kenya Shillings as shown on the product page at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Compatibility notes (for example “for iPhone”) describe fit, not that we are that brand.
Payment
Pay with Equity M-Pesa Pay Bill 247247, account 750384. Goods are reserved after we confirm payment. We issue a KRA ETR receipt on paid orders.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options and who pays courier fees are on the shipping page. Unused accessories may be returned in store within 7 days as set out in the return policy.
Repairs
Repair is a separate service quoted after inspection at the shop. Repair pages are not offers to sell new phones.
