Who we are
Accessories Galaxy Phone and Repair (Shop G35, Platinum Plaza, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi) collects personal data to take orders, issue receipts, and support customers. Contact: shop@accessoriesgalaxy.co.ke.
What we collect
Name, phone number, email, delivery address or pickup details, order history, and M-Pesa payment references. Repair jobs may include device model and a description of the fault. We do not ask for your phone lock PIN to shop online.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfil orders, send order updates, issue KRA ETR receipts, handle returns, and invite Google Customer Reviews when you give an email at checkout. We also use it to measure ads and to reach customers who already shopped with us. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on your phone or computer. On your first visit we ask you to accept or reject advertising and measurement cookies. The shop still works if you reject them. We store that choice in one cookie on this site for six months so we do not ask on every page. You can change it from Cookie settings in the footer.
If you accept, Google may store cookies to measure visits, remember that you came to this shop, and count a conversion when you tap WhatsApp on a product page. Those cookies are not set until you accept. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share customer data with third parties so they can perform services on our behalf. We may share what a courier needs (name, phone, address) to deliver. Payment is processed by Safaricom M-Pesa / Equity Pay Bill. Hosting and shop software providers process data only to run this website.
We share customer data with Google so Google can perform advertising services on our behalf. Data collected through our conversion tags, cookies, and details you give us (such as email or phone number) may be used to match you to a Google account. That matching is Customer Match: it lets us show ads to people who have shopped here or visited this site, and it helps Google check that those campaigns follow Google’s policies. Google acts as a processor of that personal data under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
Where the law or Google’s rules require it, we obtain consent before this sharing. That includes the Kenya Data Protection Act and Google policies on personalized ads and user consent, including Google’s EU user consent policy.
Retention and your rights
