Where we deliver
We sell to customers in Kenya. Collection is at Shop G35, Platinum Plaza, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi. Delivery outside the shop is arranged after you pay for the goods.
Store pickup (free)
Collect paid orders at Shop G35 during opening hours. There is no delivery fee. Bring your order reference and the phone number used at checkout.
Typical ready time: same day or next working day after payment is confirmed.
Bolt Send (you pay the rider)
Most Nairobi door deliveries go by Bolt Send. The product price is paid to us on M-Pesa Pay Bill. The Bolt rider fee is paid by you, separately. It is not included in the shop total and is not a free shipping offer.
Super Metro parcels (you pay freight)
Upcountry parcels can go on Super Metro from Nairobi. Bus freight is paid by you, not in the Pay Bill total. Share destination town, stage, and recipient details on WhatsApp after payment.
Pickup Mtaani
Pickup Mtaani is only for non-electronics (for example cases, cables, mounts). The quoted Pickup Mtaani fee is added to your Pay Bill total at checkout when that option is available.
Delays
If stock, weather, or courier issues delay an order, we contact you on the phone number you gave. You may collect at the shop instead of waiting for a rider.
