How to Choose a Fast Charger in Kenya
Not every “fast charger” label means your phone will charge quickly. Here is what to check before you buy in Kenya.

Match the charger to your phone
Modern Android phones often support 18W–67W fast charging, while iPhones typically cap around 20W–27W via USB-C or Lightning. Buying a 120W brick for an iPhone will not harm the phone if the cable and adapter are certified, but you will not see faster speeds than the phone allows.
Check your manufacturer specs (Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, OPPO, etc.) or ask our counter staff at Shop G35, Platinum Plaza — we can recommend a charger that matches your model.
Cable quality matters as much as the adapter
A weak cable limits current even with a powerful adapter. For fast charging, use a cable rated for your port (USB-C to USB-C, or USB-A to Type C where supported) from a trusted brand such as Oraimo, Anker, or Baseus.
If fast charging stopped working, the cable or port may be worn — not only the adapter. We stock replacements and can test charging at the shop.
